D-Jay’s 55th Anniversary Burger
A 6oz patty with half C.A.B. beef and the other half is pork and we put caramelized onions right into the patty, JUICY!
We stack it all up on a butter toasted brioche bun.
We start with a savoury aioli made with Adobo sauce, honey and lime zest. Then caramelized onions, slice of provolone cheese, slices of hot Capicollo ham, tomato, field greens and topped with a deep-fried pickle and pepperoncini pepper.
