Named after our beloved Nobside Cafe employee, Joanne. Prepared “Juicy Lucy” style, this is a 7 oz all beef patty mixed with panko and special seasoning, including O16 Prairie White Ale draught, & stuffed with American cheddar resulting in a melted cheese core. This delicious, mouth watering patty rests on a brioche bun, bed of lettuce, & is topped with caramelized onion.
