LA PIZZA WEEK, from the creators of La Poutine Week and La Burger Week, will return for its third year!
From May 1 – 14, 2023 various restaurants in Winnipeg will fire up the oven and get the dough rolling for a saucy celebration of the second edition of La Pizza Week.
Indulge in our Detroit Style Perogy Pizza, a unique and flavourful twist on the classic dish! We start with a deliciously crispy crust, layered with Kennebec potatoes and sweet caramelized onions. Topped with juicy chunks of Doug’s kielbasa, adding a savoury touch to the pizza.
For a bit of heat, we add tangy pickled jalapeños, perfectly balanced with the richness of melted mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses. Finished with a drizzle of smoky chipotle crema sauce and garnished with fresh chives for a pop of colour and flavour
