Our french fries are hand dusted in a signature blend of seasonings, formed into our famous “Beever Dam” and covered with squeeky cheese curds and smothered in our own poutine gravy. Topped with potato cheddar perogies, sauteed onions, chives, crumbled bacon and drizzled with sour cream.

Don’t Go Bacon My Heart
You know what will never break your heart? Bacon. That’s why we’ve made candied Maple Leaf smoked bacon the star of our locally sourced Poutine. Homemade french fries start as perfect Peak of the Market russet potatoes. We top them with a seven cheese blend and smother it all in horseradish beef gravy. A creamy chive aioli is drizzled on top and covered with cheese crisps (just like the good crispy stuff on a nacho pan), vine ripened tomatoes, green onion, and of course, candied smoked bacon.
