Amor Valentine’s Dinner at Assiniboine Park

Join us at the beautiful Qualico Family Centre for a unique Valentine’s Day dining experience. The Assiniboine Park Conservancy culinary team has prepared a spectacular multi-course dinner menu that presents a modern take on the historic culinary traditions of Spain.

Spanish cuisine is heavily influenced by regional cuisines and the historical processes that shaped culture and society in those territories. Geography and climate, had great influence on cooking methods and available ingredients, and these particularities are still present in the gastronomy of the various regions that make up the country. Each course will be presented with an expertly paired beverage to complement the dish and please the palate.

Musical entertainment provided by Chilean-born classical guitarist Rodrigo Muñoz of Papa Mambo.
