Earth, Wind & Fire has spanned the musical genres of R&B, soul, jazz, pop, rock, funk, disco, latin, african and gospel. They have been dubbed one of the most successful and critically acclaimed bands of the twentieth century. The bas has received 20 Grammy nominations: they won six as a group and two of its members, Maurice White and Bailey, won separate individual awards.
