Frank Sinatra is undoubtedly one of the most important figures in music history. To honour the man
and the music, Calgary vocalist Robert Young will be celebrating his 100th birthday with a performance of
his classic recordings, many of which have the feel of the original Nelson Riddle arrangements and Count
Basie sound. With very special guests, The Ron Paley Orchestra, and Music Director Johnny Summers of the Calgary Jazz Orchestra.
From Jazz Festivals to both public and private performances, Robert has been performing the music of Sinatra
across North America since 1998.
This event is being recognized worldwide in 2015….welcome everyone and let’s tip our hats to the
