IN BLOOM Spring Dinner at The Pavilion

It is with great excitement that Chefs Heiko Duehrsen and Michael de Groot invite you to an intimate evening of fine dining in the newly renovated Pavilion at Assiniboine Park. The dining room has been beautifully refreshed with attention given to the finest details. Be among the first to experience this beautiful, iconic space.
Your evening will include a six course tasting menu inspired by the coming of spring. Spring offers chefs the opportunity to create with a rapidly changing palate of ingredients and transition to lighter and brighter flavours, using tender herbs and fresh seasonal greens. The result is a blend of ingredients and dishes that are both eclectic and familiar. Accompanying each course will be a specially selected wine to complement the dish and please the palate. Please join us in celebrating the change of seasons and the re-opening of this historic landmark.
