International Yoga Day at Assiniboine Park

Join us for a FREE yoga event on International Yoga Day on June 21st at 7 pm at the Lyric Theatre in Assiniboine Park.
Presented by LBS Yoga & Athletic Wear, your guided practice will be led by Stefanie Baranowski. Maples Chiropractic will also be on site giving free in-chair massages abd Teavana will be handing out free samples of their herbal teas.*
Join us to celebrate movement, yoga and the Park in one of the most beautiful asana settings in the city!
