“The Canadian Human Rights Museum–My 10 Year Journey” presented by Grant Van Iderstine

PMI Manitoba Chapter is hosting a dinner with a keynote presentation on the journey taken to build the Canadian Human Rights Museum. In Smith Carter’s role as Executive Architect for the Canadian Museum of Human Rights, Grant was the project architect and Principal in Charge of project delivery. He will talk about his 10 year journey translating the concepts of design architect Antione Predock into reality. Resolving the technical challenges of building science and constructability required coordinating the efforts of client, architects, engineers, and speciality consultants – a total of over 40 firms.
