Because of this late heat wave that Winnipeg is receiving, community wading pools will remain open for a couple more weeks.
Some community wading pools were scheduled to shut down for the season by now, but because of complaints from the citizens and city coucillors, Clive Wightman, the city’s director of community services, announced that they will remain open.
