Seeing a lot of this Channel lately?
MTS TV is performing some ‘upgrades’ to their system. During these upgrades, whenever you turn on your TV it will default to the MTS Weather Channel (Channel 29)
There is no news on how long these ‘upgrades’ will last or what they are upgrading.
