This past weekend, my brother and I were walking around the Forks (I wanted some “fresher than Safeway” honey)

First thing I see though, is a small stand with a sign reading “Honey Butter” and it’s many food uses.

Interesting. I love honey. I love butter. This is like a marriage of 2 of my favorite foods. But wait. It’s honey butter. Hasn’t this been around forever? Not according to the inventor, Mr Manfred Villing. He says it never worked before because the butter and honey would always separate. He’s found a way to keep them together. I must say this stuff is awesome!!! You need to try it out. Slather it on toast, glaze some chicken or just eat it straight. Either way, you’ll enjoy this.

Check out more info on his website or better yet, swing by his store at the Forks and talk to him. He’ll tell you everything you need to know and because he’s the inventor, you’ll know he knows his stuff.

BTW, when you get there … tell him Trevor sent you!
