Move over Albertville, North Carolina-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centres is partnering with RioCan to bring its outlet mall concept to Winnipeg!
Factory Outlet Malls (similar to the Albertville Premium Outlet Mall in Minnesota) stock prior-season brand-name merchandise at deeply discounted prices. These malls are usually 350,000 square feet big and feature an ‘outdoor’ concept instead of the enclosed mall space most Winnipeg malls feature.
