To celebrate the New Year, Dubai decided to break the Guinness World Record for world’s largest fireworks show. Over 500,000 fireworks exploded in just 6 minutes. The centre of it all was the worlds tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Let’s hope that Dubai has set a standard and we’ll see more attempts at new records in years to come. [SPLOID]
