Winnipeg’s first Anthropologie is now open at Polo Park Shopping Centre’s new $49-million expansion area.
It’s parent company, Urban Outfitters, is now open as well.
Anthropologie, who specializes in women’s clothing, accessories and home decor, will be one of the first tenants in the new space. Canadians who frequently shop the U.S. will be very familiar with this store.
Anthropologie currently operates over 175 retail stores worldwide. Canadian locations include Albert, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. The company is based out of Philadelphia and is owned by Urban Outfitters.
The 114,000 square feet Polo Park expansion opened to the public on October 1. A total of 17 new retailers have been added to Polo Park Shopping Centre.
Foot Locker, Foot Locker Kids, and Foot Lock House of Hoops will be opening soon right across Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie.
