More than 15,500 people visited the Zoo between Saturday May 21 and Monday May 23, 2016. Its the highest visitation numbers on record during a long weekend.
“We knew that Dinosaurs Alive would be a family favourite and this weekend’s attendance confirms how excited the community was to see the exhibit,” said Trevor Clearwater, Senior Director of Business Development and Sales. “We were also delighted to see how many visitors purchased membership after their experience at Dinosaurs Alive, showing that they are excited to come back again.”
The Dinosaurs Alive! exhibit is included with the price of Zoo admission.
The Assiniboine Park Zoo is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you weren’t part of the 15,500 people, there is still plenty of time to see the exhibit. It will run all summer.
