If you live in River Heights, make sure you’re cellphone is fully charged before 10pm on Thursday. Around 1,000 homes in River Heights will be without power from 10:00pm to 11:30pm.
Manitoba Hydro will be performing some maintenance work that will leave homes from Lindsay St. west to Doncaster St., and Portage Ave. south to Grosvenor Ave. in the dark.
Planned outages are necessary for the safety of crews when performing complex work.
