Celebrate the true north strong and free with a full day of family-friendly activities, performances and celebration, ending with a spectacular fireworks show at 11pm!


This will be one of Winnipeg’s largest Canada Day events so plan your day accordingly!

Experience a pow wow with traditional dancing and storytelling through a concept called Human Library where visitors have the opportunity to hear oral history from Indigenous people.

With so many people flocking to The Forks for the festivities, plan your transportation in advance! Bike Valet will be on-site offering free, secure bike and helmet storage all day, plan to take the bus or park off-site and walk over.
