Katelyn takes us on an inside look at P.F. Chang’s first location in Western Canada.
The brand new 6,248 sqft building is located at 865 St. James St. right on the 50 yard line of the old Winnipeg Blue Bomber stadium.
As a homage to Winnipeg, the two horses at the entrance of the restaurant are named Jet and Winnie. Many of the ingredients from the U.S.-based restaurant will be sourced from Manitoba.
P.F. Chang’s Winnipeg will officially open to the public on Saturday, December 21, 2019. There are currently only two locations in Canada, the other being in Montreal.
Menu items include: Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Dynamite Shrimp, Cecilia’s Pork Dumplings, Hand-Folded Crab Wontons, Fried Rice, Long Life Noodles, Kung Pao Dragon Roll, California Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and much much more.
