Darcy’s Poutine (Vegan Option Available)

We pulled slow-braised corned beef and piled it onto our classic French fries and Saputo cheese curds; topped that with a Guinness infused gravy and topped THAT with a tangy all dressed slaw, banana peppers and chives.

Vegan Option: Mushroom Cheeseburger Poutine
Contains our classic French fries, topped with Daiya Mozzarella vegan cheese, a ground “Hold the Meat” paddy, sautéed mushrooms, vegan gravy, fresh banana peppers and chives.
