Drunken Pig

Pulled pork slow cooked with Winnipeg’s Stone Angel Brewerys’ Samhain Porter, mixed with a Crown Royal BBQ sauce over hand cut fries topped with cheese curds, gravy and spicy crispy fried onions and a Samhain Porter reduction just in case the pig wasn’t tipsy enough.
