We start our Prime Rib Poutine with golden French fries and top it with low and slow-cooked Canadian prime rib, gooey cheese curds and crispy frizzled onions! Then we take it to a whole ‘nother level and smother it with our own Crown Royal peppercorn sauce, creamy horseradish crema and a “salt bae” sprinkle of fresh parsley!
