The 43rd Manitoba Provincial General Election will take place on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
Manitoba has six registered parties:
- Communist Party of Canada – Manitoba (CPC-M)
- Green Party of Manitoba (GPM)
- Keystone Party (KP)
- Manitoba Liberal Party (MLP)
- The Manitoba Party (MP)
- New Democratic Party of Manitoba (NDP)
- The Progressive Conservative Party of Manitoba (PC)
How to Vote in Advance in Manitoba
Advance voting will take place from September 23 to 30, 2023.
- You can vote at any advance poll location in Manitoba during all eight days of advance voting.
- Advance voting hours are generally from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Saturday and from noon to 6:00pm Sunday (some exceptions apply).
- In a general election, you may vote at any advance polling place in the province (some exceptions apply). In a byelection, you may vote at any advance polling place in the electoral division.
- ID is required: One piece of government-issued photo ID or two other pieces. Find out about acceptable ID.
How to Vote on Election Day in Manitoba
Election day is Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
- Election day voting hours: 8:00am to 8:00pm
- On election day, you can vote at any polling place in your electoral division.
- You will receive information from Elections Manitoba telling you where you can vote. If you don’t receive information you can look up your address online.
- ID is required: One piece of government-issued photo ID or two other pieces. Voters on the voters list who do not have ID may have another voter with ID from the same electoral division vouch for them. Find out about acceptable ID and vouching.
