If you’re looking for something to do then you might want to check out the FMG Dragon Boat Festival taking place from September 11 – 13, 2015 at The Forks.
Over 80 teams will race on the Red River in support of CancerCare Manitoba.
Race Hours:
- Friday: 6 PM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
- Sunday: 9 AM – 4 PM
An opening ceremony will take place on Saturday, September 12 at noon on the main plaza area. Fubuki Daiko (Japanese drumming group) to officially kick off the 2015 Manitoba Dragon Boat Festival.
Buskers and Food Trucks will be around the festival site throughout the weekend.
