Fizzy Fermentation and Herbal Sodas Workshop

Edible Alchemy CoLaboratory will guide you into the microbial universe through hands-on experience and animated discussion. Using yeasts in the air and starter cultures like water kefir grains or kombucha SCOBYs (a mix of cultures of bacteria and yeast), participants will learn how to transform their favourite fruits and flavours into fizzy drinks.You will leave this evening with our own probiotic (full of life) creation and the skills to transform your edible surroundings into delicious, nutritious fermented foods. Sip samples and make your own to bring home.
Fee: $40 + GST
