Your evening will include a six course tasting menu inspired by the coming of spring. Spring offers chefs the opportunity to create with a rapidly changing palate of ingredients and transition to lighter and brighter flavours, using tender herbs and fresh seasonal greens. The result is a blend of ingredients and dishes that are both eclectic and familiar. Accompanying each course will be a specially selected wine to complement the dish and please the palate.
