Our AAA Midget Winnipeg Thrashers are going for a National gold medal today at the 2008 Telus Cup.
So far the Thrashers have gone undefeated in the tournament, but this shouldn’t be a surprise since they went undefeated in their regular season and playoffs. No hockey team at the AAA midget level or higher in this province has been as dominant.
The gold medal game will be on broadcast on TSN tonight @ 5pm CST.
