Local Winnipeg Hooters girl Nikki Warbansky has been crowned 2009’s Miss Hooters of Canada after placing 2nd last year.
Nikki competed against 20 other women from across Canada including 3 others that were from Winnipeg. She has now earned a spot in this year’s international pageant in Hollywood, Fla.
