If you’re an Apple die hard looking to get the latest device on launch day – well… you’re sorta out of luck.
The Apple Store at Polo Park turned away people in line due to a shipping complication. No iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus units will be available today (September 19, 2014).
It’s not all bad news for everyone though. Anyone who made a reservation order online on September 12 will be able to pick up their device anytime after 12pm on September 19.
Those who waited in line over night were given vouchers so they can purchase a device the next day without having to wait in line again.
UPDATE: Rogers, Fido, Telus, Future Shop, Best Buy, etc etc… all received a limited amount of stock… if you absolutely need one on launch day, you can try your luck with them.
If you want an unlocked device from Apple, you can visit their website tonight at midnight to do an in-store reservation for pick up tomorrow.
The Apple Store at Polo Park stated that they’ll have plenty of devices on September 20.
