It’s flu season and it’s time to get your free shot.
“The flu can be more than just an inconvenience,” said Dr. Bunmi Fatoye, Medical Officer of Health with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA). “Everyone should get the flu shot to protect themselves and others this season.”
This years flu vaccine protects against four strains of the virus. The vaccine will be available through public clinics hosted by the WRHA starting Tuesday, October 25, 2016.
From October 25 to 27, 2016 the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority will be offering the Influenza vaccine at the following locations:
