SING IN A POP-UP CHOIR
11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Stuart Clark Garden of Contemplation
You’re invited to sing in our Canada Day pop-up choir! We’ll all meet in the Stuart Clark Garden of Contemplation at 11 a.m. Musicians will lead us through a one-hour practice of O Canada and We Shall Overcome. The performance will take place at 12 p.m. All are welcome!
SHOW ME YOUR RIGHTS
12 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the Canadian Journeys gallery on Level 2
At 12 p.m., you can join interpreters on Level 2 in Canadian Journeys for “Show Me Your Rights” – a human rights edition of the game Pictionary.
CUPCAKES
1 p.m. in Bonnie & John Buhler Hall
It’s not a celebration without cake! Join our staff in Bonnie & John Buhler Hall at 1 p.m. for cupcakes. Cupcakes will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
PIXEL PERFECT
3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Carolyn Sifton Foundation Terrace on Level 6
End the day on Level 6, creating your own representation of what human rights mean to you. Use LEGO, Lite-Brite or sketch paper and let your creativity flow.
$5 ADMISSION
Admission to the Museum is $5 and includes admission to the new temporary exhibition Mandela: Struggle for Freedom.
