To help slow the spread of Covid-19, this years Spring Curbside Giveaway Weekend originally scheduled for Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10 has been cancelled.
The giveaway weekend was designed to give you the opportunity to find new owners for items that are in good condition and you no longer require. They keep items out of our landfill.
Another curbside Giveaway Weekend is scheduled for the Fall and we hope that the pandemic is over with by then.
If you can’t wait until Fall, then check to see if your items can be dropped off at a Recycling or 4R depot. More info at https://winnipeg.ca/waterandwaste/recycle/depots.stm
