Real Canadian Superstore will join Walmart in requiring face masks to enter their store starting Saturday, August 29, 2020.
The new rule will be in place at all locations across Canada, including the locations in Winnipeg. There will be exemptions for children and people unable to wear masks due to medical reasons.
Sister company No Frills, which is also owned by Loblaws, will require face masks as well starting August 29. Shoppers Drug Mart, another large company owned by Loblaws, has not announced any face mask requirements at time of posting.
