The City of Winnipeg’s 2021 Winter Leisure Guide is now available. Registration will begin Tuesday, December 14 at 8:00am for Winnipeg residents, and Thursday, December 16 at 8:00am for non-residents.
Staying active during the winter can be difficult. From dance, to sport and fitness, this season’s Leisure Guide features plenty of classes to get you and your family off your feet, including the new Family Spin Class.

Vaccine Requirements for Youth Starting December 6
All programming will follow provincial public health orders, and is subject to change to reflect updates to the province’s orders.
Residents are reminded that proof of full COVID-19 immunization, including proof of identification, is required under provincial public health orders for anyone 18 years of age and over to visit and participate in indoor programming at City-operated pools, fitness and leisure centres, and arenas.
Effective December 6, 2021, as per provincial public health orders, anyone between the ages of 12 – 17 will require either one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or a confirmed recent negative test to participate in indoor programming.
Masks must be worn at all times in city facilities, except when engaged in water or other athletic activities.
