Assiniboine Park will have a day filled with music, entertainment, and fun on Saturday, July 1 in recognition of Canada Day!
Activities take place between 11:00am and 5:00pm unless otherwise indicated:
- Citizenship ceremony at the Lyric Theatre, beginning at 10:00 am
- Beer garden on the patio at The Pavilion presented by Manitoba Liquor Mart
- Food trucks at the Lyric Field and at the outdoor Gardens at The Leaf
- Bouncy castles, face painting, and activities for kids at the Lyric Field
- Makers market presented by Inspiration Market at the Lyric Field (list of makers below)
- Fire teachings with Cree Crowchild at the Indigenous Peoples Garden

Will there be fireworks at Assiniboine Park for Canada Day?
Canada Day celebrations at Assiniboine Park end at 5:00pm. There will not be a Canada Day fireworks display at Assiniboine Park this year.
