Canada defeated Jamaica 4-0 to book their ticket to the FIFA World Cup for first time since 1986! The win clinched a spot as one of the top three teams from the eight-team CONCACAF qualifying group that will have an automatic berth into the World Cup.
The World Cup will take place from November 21 to December 18 in Qatar. The Canadian men were ranked 73rd in the world when they started World Cup qualifying in March, 2021. Today, Canada is 33rd.
