Self Care Yoga Workshop with Rebecca Watson

Power down your phone and join us in the beautiful Assiniboine Park Conservatory for the perfect getaway. During this day retreat, we will practice self-love with heart-opening yoga, meditation and self-care rituals to reconnect you to your mind, body, spirit and heart.
REGISTER FOR EITHER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY SESSIONS.
Each workshop is a stand alone session from 9 am to 4 pm.
Leave behind your busy Saturday to do list. Recharge and begin the day with a morning flow yoga practice Self-care rituals, a supportive circle of like-minded individuals, journaling, essential oils, and meditation practices will transpire throughout the day. Jaclyn Sorenson will serenade us with her beautiful vocals, Tibetan bowls, drumming and acoustic guitar. We will end the day with a blissful yin and restorative yoga practice. Essential oil adornments will be enjoyed throughout the day as well as a personal roll-on to take home. Fruit, veggies and tea will be provided as well as a one-hour lunch break. There will be room in the space should you choose to bring a packed lunch.
About the Instructor:
Becky Watson of Mobile Yoga shares her love of yoga in rural Manitoba communities as well as Winnipeg. She believes that yoga is for EVERY body and loves to share her heart-based practice with all who step onto their mats.
Fee: $125 + GST

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (doors open at 8:30 am)
Location: Assiniboine Park Conservatory (15 Conservatory Drive)
What to bring:
– a mat
– any yoga supports and props you may need: strap, bolster, blocks, blanket, eye pillow (some props will be available if you do not have any)
– journal and pen
– dress in layers to stay comfortable (bring/wear a sweater and/or blanket)
– water bottle and reusable mug for tea
– packed lunch and snacks (optional, if not going out for lunch)
