Everyone has been making a big deal of the iPhone 4 Death Grip. The Death Grip is when you hold your iPhone 4 a certain way that causes severe antenna loss.
Unfortunately, the problem does exist in Winnipeg as demonstrated in the video above. However… I noticed that even though my phone was reporting signal loss with the grip, I could still make clear phone calls with it. Also, this was only happening in weak-signal environments such as a basement. Though my basement started off with 5 bars, it quickly demolished to 0 bars after 1 minute of the death grip.
In a stronger signaled environment, the bars only dropped to 3 with the death grip.
