Paranormal Activity will only open in areas that show the most interest. Eventful will be handling the voting similar to the KISS concert. If you voted for the KISS concert, then you should already have an account. There are currently 623 votes from Winnipeg. If you’d like to see this movie in our theatres then make sure to get your vote in.
Also, if the movie receives 1,000,000 votes in total – it will open nationwide. This is a great way to get more independent films out there. I’m not a fan of paranormal movies, but I really like this idea of voting for a limited release movie to come here. Looking forward to more similar releases.
