There’s a lot of new development happening at Polo Park that brings tons of new stores to one of Winnipeg’s most popular malls. Unfortunately, there still isn’t any news of the highly anticipated H&M or Forever 21 stores opening.

Hit the jump to see a list of some new stores coming to Polo Park in 2010…

Spareparts
Spareparts retails exclusively premium fashion and lifestyle accessories and will be opening at centre court 2nd floor. Think of it as a mens/womans accessories store. There are already a lot of womans accessories stores in Polo Park, but its nice to finally see a unisex one with focus on premium brands. They are also now hiring, so if you need a summer job make sure to apply here. Store opens July 1, 2010.

L’Occitane
L’Occiatane en Provence is a retailer of body, face, and home products and will be opening at centre court 2nd floor.. L’Occitane means “the woman from Occitania”. The company aspires to be “the worldwide reference for Mediterranean well-being, with unique body, face, and home products”. Make sure to check it out for yourself soon. Sample products can be seen on their website.

RW&CO.
RW&CO. opened its first Winnipeg location last year at St. Vital Shopping Centre. It must have been successful since they’ve decided to open a second one at Polo Park. The store will be located at centre court 2nd floor. I personally love the selection at RW&CO and look forward to have a location closer to home to shop at.

Stockhomme
For the past few years, Randy River in Polo Park has been having going out of business sales but never really went out of business. Looks like it has finally closed for good. A note states that all old Randy River stock has been moved to parent company International Clothiers location. A Stockhomme will now be taking it’s place which focuses on affordable Men’s formal wear such as dress shirts and suits (much like International Clothiers).
