The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra returns again with their famous Dinner & a Symphony. The first show will be on Saturday, November 13, 2010 with various shows after that.

The WSO is presenting a gourmet journey of fine food and symphony music in partnership with: Amici, Fude, & Bergmann’s on Lombard all in one location at the Centennial Concert Hall. An amazing dinner and concert will only cost you $85.

Nov 13: Mozart & Strauss with Amici

Romanian conductor Cristian Mandeal conducts the WSO in this program of Mozart & Richard Strauss. Profoundly spiritual and memorably themed, Mozart’s 40th Symphony is unlike anything he ever wrote. Also featured is WSO principal oboist Bede Hanley as he performs Strauss’ Oboe Concerto, written in the last years of Strauss’ life.
