Winnipeg Transit’s Santa Bus is back on the road and will be collecting cash donations for the Christmas Cheer Board until Saturday, December 24, 2011.
Last year the Santa Bus collected over $16,000 for the Christmas Cheer Board. All cash fares and donations collected on the Santa Bus go directly to the Christmas Cheer Board. Started in 1985, the Santa Bus has raised over $320,000 in donations.
Look for the Santa Bus on the following routes:
#11 Portage-Kildonan (December 1 – 4)
#14 Ellice-St. Mary’s (December 5 – 11)
#16 Osborne-Selkirk (December 12 – 18)
#18 Corydon (December 19 – 24)
