Here’s another Seasons of Tuxedo concept/promotional video for the 1.5-million-square-foot complex which features IKEA as the first major tenant. Cabela’s will serve as it’s second tenant with a 70,000 sq-ft showcase. Sterling Lyon and Kenaston is expected to become the busiest intersection in Manitoba.
The video also shows future tenants such as IHOP, which will be a Winnipeg first. The future of Winnipeg is looking very bright!
IKEA will open November 28, 2012. Cabela’s and others will open early 2013.
