The residential parking ban will be in effect starting at 7 pm tonight, Monday, November 12, 2012.

All residential streets have been assigned a snow zone for plowing operations. Look up your snow zone at: knowyourzone.winnipeg.ca or contact 311.

Starting at 7 pm tonight, the residential parking ban will be in effect and will apply to snow zones across the city in 12 hour shifts for the next 3 days.

7am to 7pm
7pm to 7am

Starting at 7 pm tonight, the residential parking ban will be in effect for residents of snow zones D, F, I, M, N, R, V for 12 hours until 7 am.

Vehicles parked in violation of the residential parking ban may receive a $150 ticket ($75 if paid early), and may be towed to a nearby street that is not scheduled to be plowed or that has already been plowed.

If you suspect your vehicle has been towed due to the residential parking ban, contact 311 to locate it.

Motorists are reminded to “drive to road conditions” and to use extreme caution when driving near any plowing or sanding equipment.
