The Sunova Centre had its grand opening in March 2009 and is owned and operated by the RM of West St. Paul.
It’s a 17,000 square foot facility that includes a gymnasium – complete with four changing rooms, a spacious lobby, commercial kitchen, mezzanine level, boardroom and outdoor viewing area.
The West St. Paul Recreation Site also includes the outdoor skating rink, pleasure skating rink, four ball diamonds and six soccer pitches of various sizes. The Recreation Site hosts West St. Paul Hockey, Ringette, Soccer, Softball and Baseball Teams during their sports seasons, as well as the North Winnipeg AAA Pirates Baseball Teams. West St. Paul Nursery School proudly calls the Sunova Centre home as well.
Along with hosting these sporting activities, the Sunova Centre also runs various recreational programs and activities for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy!
