The US retailer promises:

- Duties and taxes calculated at checkout
- Low international shipping rates
- Guaranteed landed costs (no additional charges at delivery)
The problem with U.S. online shopping has always been the surprise duties or taxes you get when the order arrives. Target promises that you won’t see any of those at your door.
