Northbound on Empress St. between Sargent Ave. and Wellington Ave. from Thursday, June 29 at 9:00am until Thursday, July 6, 2017.
The closure is to repair a sewer pipe. The southbound lane on Empress Street will remain open. Pedestrian access will continue on the east sidewalk.
