We’re going straight to our roots for our burger creation using local ingredients from across Manitoba – and some from our very own rooftop garden! We’re proud of the incredible foods grown right here at home, so it only makes sense that we celebrate them and share them with you.

The Local 204 Burger features a succulent Grilled Manitoba Bison Patty, Roasted Hay Mayo, Hemp Heart Crusted Onion Ring, Pickled Cucumber, Bothwell Smoked Gouda, Confit Peppered Pork Belly, Crown Royal BBQ Sauce all served on a mouthwatering Toasted Pain Au Lait Bun and comes with your choice of Fries or Salad. Paired with iced tea spiked with rooftop honey and mint, this is one burger you don’t want to miss.
