All lanes on McPhillips Street between Logan Avenue and Jarvis Avenue are now open!
The west sidewalk will remain closed until a handrail is installed. To accommodate the handrail installation, there will be intermittent southbound curb lane closures but all four lanes will remain open to traffic during the morning rush hour period.
